The H2 is the next generation of the CycleOps Hammer Trainer (now Saris), which is an excellent unit for training and virtual riding. The H2 adds cadence, removes noise and has better accuracy. I've used it to improve my cycling performance. It comes with the riser block, iPad bracket and training mat & sweat guard. If you take it with the Cannondale CAAD 8 it is R14,000. Without R8,500.
