This is a second hand CycleOps Pro 400 indoor bike with built-in PowerTap. I have used it for indoor training over the past 5 years and it has made a huge difference to my fitness levels. The reason I am selling it now, is that I have decided to upgrade and get the Wahoo Kickr Bike, and I need to make some space to accommodate the new trainer. I bought the bike from Bicycle Power Trading, in Rivonia, and have dealt with Dave Brown for a number of years now - he has helped with the odd-service when needed. The trainer is quiet when being used- so you won't keep the rest of the family awake if you sneak in a couple of intervals before or after work. The bike works with ROUVY, using the ANT+ connector to a phone or iPad. Note, it is not a Bluetooth enabled bike. Whilst still considered a smart trainer, it is of the "older generation" and not really compatible with apps like ZWIFT. I will include the ANT+ and iPhone dongle to connect to your tablet or phone.
