As an administrator, your main duties will be as follows but not limited to:- Answering the office phone and responding to incoming emails; Advertising properties to let and for sale; Booking in viewings and notifying existing tenants; Showing prospective tenants around properties; Processing tenant application documents and generating tenancy documents; Processing tenant deposits; Responding to requests for documents and maintenance; Ensuring properties comply with regulation; including arranging gas safety certificates and EPCs. Liaising with contractors; Lead generation; Any other task that is of course relevant to the operational process of the property business. What will you bring to the role?
