We are looking for a professional Line Cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. Duties will include: *Housekeeping inside the house - laundry, ironing, bedmaking and cleaning. *Taking responsibility for certain outside areas, e. g. upkeep of the pool. *Food preparation and cooking. *Maintaining the kitchen, stock and supplies. *Taking care of the animals. *Assist with transporting the kids to and from activities. *Other duties as needed. Requirements: *Driver's license. *5 years previous experience in a similar position. *ID or valid work permit. *Good command of English. *This is a sleep-in position.
