Due to ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time Property Administrator to support our day-to-day activities. Experience of the property market would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn and grow is more appealing to us. As an administrator, your main duties will be as follows but not limited to:- Answering the office phone and responding to incoming emails; Advertising properties to let and for sale; Booking in viewings and notifying existing tenants; Showing prospective tenants around properties; Processing tenant application documents and generating tenancy documents; Processing tenant deposits; Responding to requests for documents and maintenance; Ensuring properties comply with regulation; including arranging gas safety certificates and EPCs.
