The person we need has to have at least 5 years’ experience in cabinet and furniture manufacturing including all the machinery that is used. They will need to be able to not only manage our workshop and installation team but must be prepared to knuckle down and work themselves in order to get the job done. Clock-watchers and serial malingerers need not apply. Patience and the ability to train others will be necessary as will a clean criminal record as checks are done on the estates in which we work.
