Document testing and recommended changes and communicate to Development. Pre- Go Live process: Create User Manuals for the solution and communicate to Management and relevant business users. Support users with regards to any questions or issues that pertain to use of the system after user manual has been issued and they have tested the solution. Document any issues or errors and communicate to Development to rectify. Operational Tasks (SYSTEM) Support Calls: Oversee Junior Developer resolving calls and ensure that they are resolved within agreed SLA requirements with Business. Manage escalations from Junior Developer that require Business input or Senior Developer intervention. Update the Business Priority List with all Status 4 Calls that will require development hours. System Setup and configuration: Update the system setup for any changes that are required by business after discussions with Developers. General Administration: Receive system changes and updates that are required by business to improve operations and create a list. Facilitate weekly meeting to discuss the list and requirements with Senior Developers and Business. List is updated with required actions and is arranged by priority as per business needs and any quick wins that can be achieved. Priority List is circulated to Business Managers and IT Management. A weekly update is sent to Business Management and IT of priority list tasks that are completed and going live, in progress and not yet started. The billets and their surrounding environmental factors such as scale, steam, shielding and other factors, are considered in the scheme design and equipment selection. The accurate detection and real-time transmission of temperature during the billets movement are also considered. The equipment selection Temperature detection The billet temperature detection adopts the two-color integrated high-temperature thermometer produced by Wuhan CenterRise M&C Engineering CO.,;Temperature measurement range: 600°C - 1400°C; All components are installed in a sturdy housing for continuous measurement. The optimized treatment is taken for the problems that the semi-finished billets are hindered by steam or other particles (scale) in the environment, and the billets movement and the installation limited field of view. It provides fast, real-time monitoring of high temperature billets. Equipment cooling Using vortex air cooling device, no power supply is needed, only dry air is required, and the low temperature cooling gas below 0°C is output to cool the three sets of temperature detection equipment. Signal transmission The bidirectional RS-485 communication of the measurement and control system is used among multiple (multi-stream) measuring equipment or among the measuring equipment and the secondary meter. Working principle The LGK-JS02-064 handheld thermocouple calibrator adopts a special industrial chip for thermocouple temperature acquisition, reads the temperature data of the thermocouple sensor at a single point, and then processes the data through an industrial-grade low-power single-chip microcomputer, and then passes the digital tube displayed on the screen. Composition As shown in the figure, the device uses a self-locking metal button switch for switching on and off. The calibrator comes with a lighting design, which is mainly used for thermocouple maintenance with the poor light in the operating environment. The design fully considers the actual needs of field applications, and the design is very humanized and rational. The temperature data is displayed through a bright red digital tube, which is intuitive and convenient to check. When using the thermocouple calibrator, we need to connect the thermocouples in the unpowered state. The T1 interface is a group, and the T2 interface is a group. Make sure the connection is good. Press the switch, and the thermocouple calibrator will directly display the temperature of the thermocouple in real time. Product Developer Location: Stellenbosch Reporting to: Quality Manager Offer: Market Related, negotiable based on formal qualification and experience We are recruiting for a Product Developer to take full responsibility for the operational activities of product development.
