Responsibility: Duties: Assist and guide customers to achieve maximum profit and improved controls in a highly competitive market Deconstruct client issues and analyze the various solutions Expose difficulties and opportunities, submit possible solutions and show where these solutions should be applied Establish and maintain working relationships with a variety of individuals and groups. Escalate new feature requests and bugs, and assist the development team in diagnosing and testing the issue(s) Select and explain the best solution to solving the client’s query, whether it be general system usage, or higher-level queries Regularly evaluate internal and external client satisfaction and then create strategies to continually upgrade the quality of service.
