We are within walking distance of the schools, taxi ranks and Malls. Contracts are to be signed for three, six and twelve months. One month’s rent deposits are required. It’s a shared house with a fully furnished kitchen and a lounge with DSTV There is a front desk that supports both the Boarding House and Backpacker sides of the premises and there are cleaners there during the day. Many of the students stay for a semester while other people stay for a few months. All common areas are cleaned properly twice a day, we leave cleaning items available for your use if others have left bathrooms, kitchens and common areas messy. We request all customers to clean up after themselves; it can become a process of clean before use instead of after use in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
