The wheel clamp mounts have some surface rust on them, but otherwise, it is in excellent and full working condition. it is a great rack and I have found it an easy match for Thule when it comes to features but at a MUCH better price. Holdfast 2 bike carrier with tilt function. Still in brand new condition, I bought it January 2022.
