The caravan is in fair condition. The canvas surround for the pop-up roof needs to be replaced. I have arranged with Cocabana Caravans to have it replaced. Approximate cost is R 3 500. The catches to lock the roof in place also needs repair. If taken as is the price is R 20 000, if fixed up then the price is R 25 000. Those prices are not negotiable. it includes a rally tent and a one room tent. I have never erected the tents but told by the previous owner that they were in good condition.
