This position will manage the entire Bakery and Confectionery function for a Food Lover’s Market Store, which includes preparation & production, bakery and confectionary staff, recipes, merchandising, pricing & admin, management reporting, stockholding & taking, range, ensuring on-sale correct percentages, etc. The purpose of the role is to effectively manage all departmental issues to ensure optimum performance of the bakery as a division.
