PRODUCTION BUYER/ STOREMAN Salary: Market related Place: Virginia-Free State Job requirements • Procurement of raw materials. • Own transport. • Computer literate – Excel, Word, Oracle (MRP system). • Numerical skills. • Attention to detail. • Matric or relevant qualification. • Supervisory experience an advantage. Duties • Manage raw materials o Ensure stock is packed according to health and hygiene standards. o Ensure store is kept clean and tidy at all times • Capture bread reconciliation • Manage pre-mix team • Order management o Ensure purchasing complies to BMR and approved supplier list o Load PO’s o Receipt PO’s/invoices within 3 days • Manage stock movement and recon. • Quality control o Comparison of COA’s to specification o Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) • Assisting with movement of stock.
