PRINTING FACILITY COORDINATOR IN PORT ELIZABETH

The Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and managing the printing services business that will offer typing, copying, binding, scanning, and laminating. The successful candidates must be able to display how they will fulfil the following functions effortlessly; 1. Develop a business and marketing plan to establish the business and attract the interest of local businesses, residents in the area, and students 2. Illustrate how the facility will offer exceptional customer service and what the standards will be to beat the competitors 3. Invoice all services correctly and arrange reliable delivery 4. Ensure that all account holders are debited and that payments are done monthly, to encourage the use of the services and to minimize cash transactions. 5. Do daily reconciliations and prepare to bank 6. Generate daily income to stock reconciliation to account for all printing, binding and laminating service against the stock on hand 7. Generate a weekly report to show the I/E and gross profits 8. Ensure all stock is managed and that replenish orders are done on time Requirements: 1. Proven experience in the printing service industry 2. Resilience and ability to work under pressure and long hours 3. Ability to operate printing, laminating, and document binding equipment 4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 7. Strong organizational and planning skills 8. Proficient in MS Office 9. At least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area 10. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 11. Must have own computer
