PERSONAL ASSISTANT IN KIMBERLEY
Duties. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Act as the point of contact between the internal external clients and manager Handle requests and queries appropriately. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Devise and maintain office filing system. Proven Skills. Ability to use MS Office packages and Afrikaans/English proficiency. Time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of office procedures and management systems. Up-to-date with latest office applications and gadgets. Good written and verbal communications skills. Ability to multitask confidentiality and discretion. Gr 12 minimum. Insurance and/or medical schemes background. CV to jan@janplanfs.co.za
