PERMANENT HEAD FARMING SUPERVISOR IN STELLENBOSCH

My client, an established farming concern located between Somerset West and Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ a Head Farming Supervisor for one of their divisions, to join their production team. Duties include: Communicating with field – and packhouse production managers and team supervisors in order to co-ordinate and oversee teams, ensuring that daily tasks are completed and targets achieved. Ensuring quality is maintained at all steps of production/ growing. Ensuring efficiency and discipline is attained and maintained Requirements: Good planning and co-ordination skills Leadership abilities, enabling one to keep team leaders/ supervisors (and their teams) motivated and efficient, while ensuring that discipline and quality standards are maintained. Someone who pays attention to detail Drivers’ license: Code 10 with PDP is preferable Contactable references and experience is similar position essential Starting date: Not later than 1 September 2020
