PERMANENT GENERAL MANAGER IN PAARL

Fuel service station based in Paarl has a vacancy for a General Manager with proven experience in the fuel industry/service station or retail manager background to commence duties as soon as possible. Reporting to the Operational Manager, the General Manager will take charge of the full running of the site assisted by an Assistant Manager. Duties will include but not limited to: Management of Forecourt and fuel operations Fuel Stock Control Site Maintenance Staff Management Management of Convenience store Ensure that the oil company's monthly marketing and advertising campaigns are implemented and expedited Recruiment of Staff Disciplinary Procedures Profit and stock control Ensuring company's compliance with Health and Safety Developing brand awareness Suitable candidates must ideally reside in the Western Cape - close proximity to Strand.
