Fruit exporter requires Documentation Controller. Minimum of 5 years in fruit industry export documentation essential. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Training course in clearing & forwarding process Industry training of export requirements / protocols Min 5 years in fruit industry export documentation Understand PPECB/DAFF/Phytclean/Titan export certification process Knowledge of documents required for EU/RU/CAN markets Knowledge of shipping line SI/BOL process and terms Good understanding of export protocols – e.g. CBS, FMS, FFMS Good understanding of fruit/pallet coding structures Ability to supervise/lead others Duties will include, but aren’t limited to: Passed/Rejected documents (Special markets) SI’s/Dispatches/Shipping Information in QX.
