PAINT SETTER IN UITENHAGE

Our client is seeking a Paint Setter to join their team. Open position: Paint Setter Location: Uitenhage Salary: Market related Type: Permanent position Strictly EE / AA position Job requirements: Trade Tested Electrician Recognised qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Automotive experience with PLC programming knowledge S1 / S2 qualifications KUKA Robotic Skills Experience in a similar role is a huge advantage Good communication, organisational and analytical skills Computer literate Valid drivers licence and own transport is essential Problem solving using problem solving tools Good knowledge of TPM (Total preventative maintenance) Sound mechanical / electrical knowledge Able to work weekends, overtime and public holidays Good knowledge of quality systems Duties: Maintain all paint processes including equipment, thermal oxidisers, air supply units, conveyor, dry scrubbers etc Verify and maintain process parameters to master data Maintain conveyor technology Maintain process technology Perform production maintenance during production - cleaning of dry scrubbers Production preventative maintenance on machinery and all related equipment Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to Document all process parameters and report out of control conditions Complete base coat stoppages timeously and accurately Start up and process verification Responsible for TPM’s in his or her area of work Review quality of parts on your shift and implement corrective measures Compete accurate shift handovers and breakdown reports Email your CV to lisa.applications@kingrec.co.za
