PACKAGING SALES REP - TECHNICAL IN CERES

Our client is a packaging specialist for the agricultural and industrial markets and is actively recruiting for a Packaging Sales Representative (Technical) at their office in Ceres. Responsibility: JOB DESCRIPTION: - The primary function is to develop and grow the business. - The position is fast-paced, varied and interesting, with much scope for using your talents and abilities. - Most of your time and energy will be spent with clients - You will be actively involved in helping clients to improve their packaging efficiencies on pack lines and stock management QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Experience ideally from the packaging industry or the pack house environment - A qualification in marketing and sales will be advantageous - The ability to set up machines and train operators will be useful - Local and national travel as required SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: - Self-motivation, a focus on results and an obsession with delivering the highest level of client service are key attributes. - You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively on various levels - The working environment is technical in nature - Tasks include own administration function - MS Office skills required - Initiative and effective self-management is critical to success in this position Above average salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience and includes a company vehicle, benefits and a performance incentive.
