OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR NEEDED FOR COURIER INDUSTRY - ASAP IN EAST LONDON

Operations Supervisor needed ASAP. Duties include but not limited to: - Oversee day to day operational tasks in line with procedures - Monitor performance of couriers on a regular basis - Oversee and assist with reporting operational issues that impede on-time collections and deliveries - Liaise with Fleet Department regarding vehicle requirements and issues - Fleet management - Resolve third party queries - Assign collections - Respond timeously to emails - Report incidents - Receive and dispatch freight Requirments: - Minimum of Grade 12 - Highly computer literate - Valid Code 8 license - Willing to work overtime and Saturdays (not every Saturday) - Knowledge of Parcel Perfect, BlueJay will be to your advantage - Attention to detail - Must have a positive attitude - Answer the company cellphone even if it is after hours - Previous experience in the courier industry On offer: Basic salary + overtime
