You're not sleeping enough
This is the obvious reason. You may think it is okay because you sleep 7 hours. You are still tired? You may need 8 hours. Try to go to be earlier.
You're sleeping enough, but it's not quality sleep
Maybe you are waking up every hour. It is because you have a bad quality of sleep. You may need to buy a good pillow and a good quality mattress.
You have low iron
Low iron levels cause fatigue. If you don't eat meat or dairy you may have low iron levels. Try to eat dairies for dinner.
You are dehydrated
Dehydration can make you feel all kinds of lousy. Make sure you're drinking enough water to help your body function better. When you're lacking of water, your heart has to pump much harder to carry blood around your body, and it leaves you tired.
You are stressed
If you are stressed, you will have problems to sleep. Try to relax before going to bed. You may try yoga classes and relaxation to feel better.
