Select degrees Celcius or Fahrenheit by adjusting the selectorb'/xc2/xa0'°C/b'/xc2/xa0'°F in the battery compartment. Insert 1 x LR44 battery with bottom of battery facing down. Replace the battery compartment cover. b'/xc2/xa0' HOW TO USEb'/xc2/xa0' Press ON/OFF button to switch the device on. It will display room temperature once switched on. b'/xc2/xa0'Insert the probe of the thermometer intob'/xc2/xa0'the centre of the meat and note the current temperature.
