Rent includes: Water, electricity, Fibre wi-fi internet and a cleaner once a week for communal areas. Situated on a small holding / mini organic farm in the middle of suburbia. We grow organic veggies and also have sheep, chickens, ducks, a few cats, some dogs and a couple of children/babies. We have amazing views of mountains and vineyards, and our very own natural swimming pool. (chlorine free) which is great in summer! Perfect place for work or study. Great for postgrad students, young professionals, nature lovers, creative people, just someone who loves the idea of community. (best suited for age-group: 23-45yrs). Currently there are 14 people living on the farm. Very close to the University and Techno park (about 2-3km from each). Walking distance from a 24 hour shop. Minimum 6month lease.
