LABOUR CONSULTANT IN PORT ELIZABETH
Our client, a large labour consultancy, is looking to appoint a labour consultant for their Port Elizabeth region. This person must be willing to travel to clients on a daily basis and must have and must have sound knowledge of all labour-related matters. Job Description The candidate must have the following experience and criteria: Advising on retrenchment procedures Disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity), etc. Chairing disciplinary inquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations, and arbitrations (representing members) Drafting of contracts of employment Sound knowledge of labour legislation The right candidate will also have to sign up new members and grow the existing database Minimum Requirements Must have a relevant qualification Minimum of 3 years experience Must be able to work independently Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageous The remuneration package will be determined by value-add and ability to work independently.
