Kruger View Cottage is a charming, thatched self catering cottage in Marloth Park, and is situated next to the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park against the Crocodile River. Comfortably nestled amongst the shady indigenous sickle bush trees, the porch of the cottage (with braai area and splash pool- perfect for summer!) has a cobbled walkway leading to to the fence of the Kruger itself. Common visitors to the boundary include families of elephants and other popular wildlife. At night, the roaring of lions can be heard, along with the whooping of hyenas. Mornings belong to the calls of fish eagles and hippo, while warthog, kudu and impala can be expected to make an appearance right by the porch as you sip your morning coffee. The cottage can sleep six adults, with the option to accomodate two additional children in the common area upstairs. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with one being perfectly fitted to cater to people with physical disabilities. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, while the other rooms have two single beds respectively. The open plan kithen and lounge areas blend into a convenient gathering spot, where guests can prepare meals together or simply relax and watch TV after a long day of game spotting.
