INFIELD SALES MANAGER IN EAST LONDON

FMCG company based in East London seeks an experienced, veteran sales manger who will NOT be office based. Responsibilities as follows: * Recruit, hire, and train sales team * Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as required * Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them * Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members * Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts * Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members * Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment * Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as required * Tech savvy individuals preferred. You will work and assist with developing an ERP and CRM system * No timewatchers, we work until the job is done * Preference will be give to individuals to have a proven track record and already has established contacts within the food retail/wholesale industry in the Eastern Cape. Be a goal getter. Set targets and achieve them. We are not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged.
