IMPORT-EXPORT CONTROLLER IN EAST LONDON

Import-Export Controller Minimum Requirements: Matric or NQF 4 equivalent Diploma in logistics or related field (Advantageous) Strong Knowledge of freight forwarding and clearing documents, procedures, and best practices Minimum 3 years' experience in sea and air freight controlling capacity Must be familiar with customs documentation and process Responsibilities: Planning and coordinating movement of cargo Cost Freight Movement Prepare and process documentation for shipping ie: CTO; Bills of ladings; Manifests and Waiver Certificates Liaise and track cargo Arrange clearing requirements Ensure compliance with legal, export and company requirements and standards Monthly reporting Ad hoc duties General Customer queries Salary – Market related Application Process: To apply for the above-mentioned position, please e-mail your CV, qualifications & recent head & shoulder photo to: Solutions@workafrica.co.za, using Job Title "Import-Export Clerk" as a reference in your application.
