GROUND HOSTESS & RESERVATIONS IN DE AAR

We are looking for the perfect individual to join our dynamic team at Cape Town Helicopters in the role of Ground Hostess & Reservations. We have certain key requirements for you to meet when you apply and we are quite strict when it comes these: 1. Diploma in Travel & Tourism 2. Minimum 2 years Reservations/Reception experience 3. Required to work weekends, public holidays and extended hours in season This job requires you to be on your feet for most of the day and you will be hosting guests from all around the world so your communication skills will be key. Seasonal volumes brings pressure and managing large groups needs extra character and finesse.
