GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR (ALL ROUNDER) IN PORT ELIZABETH
General administration duties include a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to data capturing, report writing, running errands for the business, reception etc. Minimum Requirements: Matric Required Drivers License non-negotiable Above Average proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable Must have experience in a professional/corporate work environment Must be self-motivated, able to work with limited supervision, and able to problem solve Must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to correctly edit and capture information Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Ability to look at computer screen for up to 8 hours Ability to manage routine and recurring tasks Flexibility to work weekends (as necessary) Ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation Submit CV and drivers license to hr@ambiton.co.za If you are not contacted within 14 days of your application, please consider it unsuccessful.
