Floor Manager / East London – required with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to lead and maintain excellent Store Standards and Sales Targets.   Minimum Requirements; Matric/Senior Certificate (Further education qualification advantageous) Must have experience in Wholesale/Retail trade Extensive experience in dealing and sorting our customer complaints Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Min. 2 years’ experience in Managing and Supervising Staff, with strong ability to discipline staff (strong character – firm but fair) Valid Driver’s License Strong communication skills in English   The suitable Candidate must be: Able to remain calm in pressure situations Must be willing to work retail hours – week-end shifts Excellent problem-solving skills Self-Driven Must be able to work under pressure. Able to build and maintain Customer and Supplier relations Able to manage staff effectively – provide staff counselling and maintain happy enthusiastic staff, control and handle staff.
