FIBRE NETWORK MAINTENANCE MANAGER IN UPINGTON

· Manage permanent staff and schedule their work daily · Respond to clients daily in a timely manner · Oversee installations and manage our backend systems · Maintain our network and constantly check frequencies and micro points of presence · Engage frequently with clients and resolve queries and complaints expediently · Engage with fibre suppliers · Be prepared to work after hours to maintain network infrastructure and keep clients happy · Have a vision for the growth of the business and be prepared to install and implement growth plans to double our current customer base · This person would need to be self-motivated, and self-driven.
