FEMALE TEAMLEADER REQUIRED IN AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTION IN PORT ELIZABETH

We are a wire harness manufacturer in Port Elizabeth looking for a smart lady to manage a group of people in the factory to ensure production keeps on plan. The nature of this job requires a lady as it is managing a team of ladies. We have tried men in the past and it does not work. THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB, THIS NEEDS YOU TO BE ON THE PRODUCTION FLOOR MOVING PRODUCTION ALONG AND RAISING AND RESOLVING ISSUES AS THEY ARISE ON THE FLOOR.
