E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS MANAGER IN PAARL

Looking for an Solutions orientated and experienced E-Commerce Operations manager, with experience in process improvement, operations, logistics and warehouse fulfilment in* the E-Commerce* Space.  Tertiary Education in Logistics, Operations, Business Process Management or Engineering required 6+ years demonstrable experience in Commercial decision making and complex systems management. Organizational and people management experience.  Experience in a fast moving operational environment Experience with *Complex warehousing, retail or logistics environment (E-Commerce)* Experience with budgets, KPI and strategy improvement and process implementation Experience with *Fresh Produce, Cold Chain * Experience with implementing a *Warehouse Management System* Candidate must be fluent in *Afrikaans* and English - Essential requirement
