DESK TECHNICIAN- NETWORKING / SECURITY IN STELLENBOSCH

Maintain network Infrastructure in different companies First Line Support Help Desk Agent Install network cabling and hardware Coordinate jobs and tasks on a weekly basis Install VoIP Phones (Program and Install) Install & Program routes and firewalls Program and work on VoIP Server Remotely Troubleshoot with clients Assist Clients over the Phone with faults and Queries Sell IT/ Security Systems to new Clients Go to new/potential site to conduct a site surveys Liaise clients when doing site visits and troubleshoot with them Reply and follow through on a ticketing system R10k-R15k per month. Required: Help Desk preferably in security, fibre, networking experience Technical experience with Security
