MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB The effective and efficient operation of company refrigerated trucks to deliver allocated loads to customers on time and in full, acting proactively to ensure all orders are delivered, provide exceptional customer service, ensure the cold chain remains unbroken right up to the customer’s receiving. Management of company assets including trucks, stock, pallets etc. COMPETENCIES, SKILLS 7 EXPERIENCE Valid Code 14 driver Licence with PDP Minimum 3 years’ experience, preference given to refrigerated trucks Good interpersonal skills / builds good relationships & Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and self-management Numerical ability Ability to adapt to change effectively Lives the values of the organisation – World class customer service Disciplined and time conscious.
