The spindle of the CNC Sign Making Router is 7.5kW brushless and water cooled.
It is fitted with a one push oiling system which makes it very easy for the owner to lubricate all the parts of the CNC Signage Business Router with just one push of the pump lever once awhile.
The CNC Advertising Routering Machine work on 220V electricity and has the maximum working area, fastest speed and strongest torque in its class.
It comes equipped with a 1.8 degree Hi-Torque Stepper-Motor that has rated torque of 3.5 Newton-metre. Stepper-motor is installed on the rack and gear, 2 on each side of the rack for Y-axis and one on the ball-screw for Z-axis.
It has a max speed of 12 meter/minute for X/Y axis, and 5 meter/minute for Z axes.
The transmission system is made by wear-resistant rack and pinion with helical teeth.
It comes with a TSlot clamping table which makes 3D engraving easy and electricity saving.
