We are looking for a caretaker for a block of flats located in Port Elizabeth. Job description: - oversee all functions and actions of the facilities department - building cleanliness - supervision of staff like cleaners and security - basic maintenance knowledge - monthly reporting of operations - daily inspections of the property - working with tenants and resolving complaints Requirements: - matric - basic computer knowledge - no criminal record - previous experience in the same position will be an advantage - fluent in English Salary: R6500 neg.
