We are looking for an experienced Blockman/Butcher for Superspar Job Descrption Must be able to process and prepare a variety of meats for retail. Have an extensive knowledge of meat cuts and standard weights; prepare steaks, cutlets, and loins. Must also determine which portions to grind and decide how much meat to make into products such as sausages or cured meat. Salary package will be determined based on experience.
