Butcher / Blockman needed for Port Elizabeth. Our client is a leading food provider for South Africa. They are looking for a skilled Blockman to provide high-quality service to customers. MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS: Matric / Grade 12 2-4 years experience AS A BLOCKMAN Must know the different Grades of Red Meat Excellent Communication skills Duties and Responsibility: Performing quality inspection on meat and other products Preparing meat for sale Maintaining equipment and tools Ensuring that signage and display attractive and correct Weighing, packaging, pricing of products Maintain food safety and sanitation Customer Service Need to be fit and healthy in order to lift heavy Items and work in cold environments.
