The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a gorgeous en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin; the second bedroom has a double bed; both bedrooms have loads of cupboard space; the second bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There is a charming very expansive loft room upstairs with six single beds in it. The kitchen is fully equipped and self catering with top of the range appliances and everything you will need and more for cooking, braaiing and entertaining. The living area is exceptionally spacious and has huge flop down couches ¹and a Union no. 7 coalstove for heating, cooking potjies, baking and ambience. The living area leads onto a stunning deck with fabulous river and mountain views and a lovely entertainment and braai area under a canopy of indigenous trees. There are rolling lawns for children's play, beautiful viewpoints around the property on the river and surrounding mountains and the property is surrounded on two sides by the Great Olifants River. Activities include hiking on a magnificent 2.5 hour hiking trail that starts 150m from the property, tubing (we have 2 tubes), canoeing, outstanding birdwatching. We are also down the road from a lodge that you can visit (at day visitor fees) ehich has heated indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, chilren's play areas, restaurants and pubs, mini golf, pool tables, table tennis, paddleboating and more.
