Myotonic ‘fainting’ goats have a harmless condition called myotonia congenital that causes their muscles to freeze when they’re startled or excited, for about 10-15 seconds. Fainting goats are smaller than most breeds and much easier to care for because of their condition. They are very friendly, intelligent and a lot of fun to raise. They can live 10 to 15 years. Our kids height will range anywhere from 17 inches to 25 inches at the withers.
