ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER – WOOD MANUFACTURING (PORT ELIZABETH). My client within the wood manufacturing industry requires an experienced & reliable Assistant Production Manager to join their dynamic team based in Markman Township, Port Elizabeth. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: · Matric · Tertiary Qualification (advantageous) · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a previous / similar role · Minimum of 5 years’ experience with production of raw products (wood) · Highly experienced in the manufacturing / production of high-volume end products · Previous experience within wood manufacturing environment (advantageous) · Must be able to supervise, schedule & manage a team · Must have solid work history with contactable references · Must be reliable and hard working & willing to work overtime if required · Valid driver’s licence (no endorsements) · Own reliable vehicle / arranged transport · Must be available immediately (no notice applicable) Candidates are invited to submit their applications by 15 NOVEMBER 2021.
