I am currently looking for a student to take over my lease, starting 1 April or 1 May 2022. The apartment is in Barlinka, on 69 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch Central. I live with two female students, so we're preferably looking for a female to replace me. The flat is furnished by the other lessee's, but the remaining room is not. Water included in rental amount. 1x bathroom There is uncapped wifi at R220 p.m., which is paid separately to the rental amount. The lease ends on 30 November 2022. 15 minute walk to campus - situated in an area which is safe for females to walk to and from campus. Balcony - this room leads onto the balcony. Note that you will be living with two other students, and that it is simply a room which is being advertised (and of course the use of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and balcony).
