I have a four-roomed house to rent in Soweto in Rockville. We are located near major Rea Vaya bus routes. We are pretty close to the Regina Mundi Rea Bus Station. It is NOT a walking distance though. You will need a 5 minutes local Rea Vaya bus ride to connect to Regina Mundi. The house has a kitchen, which comes with 3900built-in cupboards, a stove and a sink, a lounge and two bedrooms, both which have built-in wardrobes. The property is newly painted. There is an outside toilet, which you will share with other tenants on the property. sorry, we dont have parking. Rental is R3900. Please not that a refundable deposit equivalent to a month's rental is payable on signing of the lease contract. Kindly not that we are not an agent. You will be interacting directly with owners.
