The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (with a dishwashe, washing machine etc.) and there is also a small balcony. The monthly rent is R4800, with a one months deposit. This includes a parking space (in the complex) and water. Electricity is prepaid and the Wifi costs will be shared with the other tenants, this amounts to roughly R300 pm.
