We're looking for a full-time working female, with Christian values, and a non-smoker. - The room is unfurnished and the rest of the flat (living room, kitchen, bathroom) has the basic essentials and furnishings. If you're keen to add a few furnishings to the shared space, we can certainly chat about it. - Rent is R3259,04 (the rent will increase from 1 April 2021). Additional expenses include electricity (R300 pp per month) and biweekly cleaning service at R220 (we take turns to make payment for this). - Situated nearby the Stellenbosch CBD, the building is also secured with electric fencing, and has ample safe parking behind a remote controlled gate.
